Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance infrastructure services across server, storage, and networking platforms.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure maximum uptime.
• Deliver infrastructure projects from design to deployment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Collaborate closely with application, security, and business teams to support mission-critical banking operations.
• Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain effective knowledge sharing and compliance.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer in a financial services or similarly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
• Hands-on experience with virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
• Solid understanding of networking principles (LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancing).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) beneficial.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a proactive and methodical approach.
