Overview

We’re looking for a commercially astute real estate lawyer to join a high-integrity legal team working on strategic acquisitions and portfolio management across a diverse property landscape.

This is a rare opportunity to advise directly at Board level and shape the direction of a major property portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the legal aspects of handling a diverse property portfolio.
• Manage and mitigate the risks of large property acquisitions.
• Collaborate across the organisation with peers in business development, communications and senior stakeholders to support commercial objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years PQE with experience in real estate, portfolio handling and acquisition risk management.
• Strong commercial outlook and ability to work across the organisation.
• Working remotely is available, but applicants should be within easy commuting distance of London for regular meetings in central London.
