Solicitor – Healthcare & Inquests – Manchester

An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious law firm renowned for its expertise in healthcare regulatory matters.

Due to the continued growth and expansion of the firm’s Healthcare Regulatory Team, it is now seeking an experienced Solicitor to handle a diverse caseload of inquest matters with some broader healthcare work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare regulatory law, with exposure to advocacy.

With a steady flow of new instructions from private care providers and NHS Resolution, the firm is looking for a motivated, technically skilled lawyer with the ambition to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional legal support.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE
• Experience in healthcare regulatory matters
• Advocacy experience is desirable
• Ability to manage a varied caseload, from straightforward to complex cases
• Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory market
• A pragmatic and methodical approach to case management
• Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset
