Generate SME leads through calls, email, video, and social outreach. Build and manage a sales pipeline—from first contact to close. Partner with brokers to nurture opportunities and deliver winning solutions. Own quotations and proposals, ensuring accuracy and speed. Be the expert on Cigna’s global medical products and value proposition. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on campaigns, pitches, and events. Track performance in Salesforce and lead pipeline review meetings. Drive attendance for webinars, seminars, and conferences.
What Success Looks Like
Hitting regional sales targets for SME medical products. Meeting or exceeding productivity and quality KPIs. Growing market share in Italy, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
What You Bring
1+ year in outbound sales or B2B environment. Proven ability to hit and exceed targets. Strong communication skills—fluent Italian required. Tech-savvy with Excel, Outlook, Word. Hungry, proactive, and ready to win.
