Insights Analyst role based in Leicester – 3 days per week in the office. Salary: Up to £47,000. You will work with a collaborative finance team to help senior stakeholders across Home and Fashion make informed decisions by uncovering what’s going on in sales data.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner with non-technical teams to design bespoke reports and dashboards.
• Turn raw sales data into actionable insights that impact strategy.
• Analyse performance by category, sometimes combining data from warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects.

What you’ll bring

• Advanced SQL
• Strong data visualisation skills (any tool – the team use Power BI).
• A track record of turning data into insight — your CV should show clear, tangible examples.
• Databricks and/or Python experience (these will make you stand out).
• A background in finance or retail.
