Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Installation and Service Engineer. The Installation and Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service support, and offering technical support to clients. The engineer will also be responsible for planned maintenance tasks and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Experience in providing Field Service and Technical Support
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in HVAC or refrigeration systems
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• A proactive and customer-focused attitude
