• A proven Account Executive or Development Executive with a strong track record in securing new business
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills in a client-facing role
• Solid knowledge across a range of commercial insurance products
• A growth mindset someone who thrives in a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture
• CII-qualified or working towards it (preferred)
