This is an exciting opportunity for someone with insurance market expertise in business analysis or operations to join a growing global insurer. The Business Analyst will collaborate with Operations colleagues to identify, define, and document business processes and requirements from stakeholders. The role acts as a liaison between business units and project teams, facilitating discussions to solve business problems efficiently while achieving project goals. This role offers the chance to shape your position as the company evolves.

What is on offer:

• Permanent contract with annual bonus and benefits
• Salary from £60,000 to £75,000, depending on experience
• 3 days in the City of London office and 2 days remote work
