About The Job
Hello, we’re Laka. You might not have heard of us yet, but we’re here to transform insurance by connecting passionate cyclists to form a collective that protects their bikes when things go wrong. Founded in 2017, we aim to rewrite the rules of insurance so it’s something people stand behind.
Our model: Laka ensures everything runs smoothly for the Collective—from fast claims to fair cost‑splitting and maximum price guarantees. The Collective pays Laka a fee relative to monthly claims.
