Are you an individual with experience in Insurance Sales looking to grow a book and be part of a wider plan.

My client is a highly reputable insurance broker with offices in Hull. They are looking for a Development Executive/Insurance Sales Executive. You will be encouraged to build and strengthen client relationships from the office but also have the opportunity to go and meet clients both new and existing, face to face.

The salary is up to £55,000 dependent on qualifications and experience. Benefits include hybrid working, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, full support in obtaining professional qualifications and a competitive pension.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain key client relationships
  • Develop business generated from marketing activity and networking events both face to face and online
  • Attend client visits and discuss their insurance requirements
  • Liaise with panel of insurers
  • Other duties as listed on the job description

Qualifications

  • Experience in a new business insurance role or Account Executive position
  • Cert CII qualification (desirable)
  • A want to develop a book of business and grow with the company
  • Good working knowledge of products and insurance market
  • Tenacity and desire to succeed
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Passion for customer services and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills
