As an Insurer Account Manager at Acturis, you’ll be the first line of support for our clients nationwide and be responsible for them in a variety of ways (face to face, phone, webchat, client portal, email, events). You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring that our clients make the most out of our system whilst efficiently handling any potential issues that arise.

Yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:

  • TakingresponsibilityforanallocationofInsurer’sandMGA’swhoownProductsontheActurisPlatform

  • Havingregularengagementwithcustomersincludingamixtureoffacetofaceandvirtualmeetings

  • Promotingawarenessofnewsystemfunctionalityanddemonstratingitsbenefits

  • Promotingtheuptakeofneworadditionalservicesandmodulestoexistingcustomers

  • Settingjointgoalswithcustomers,agreeinganactionplan,andfollowinguponprogress

  • Effectivelydealingwithcustomerescalationsandcreditcontrolissues

  • Maintainingahighlevelofsystemknowledgeandawarenessofnewandfuturedevelopments

  • AttendingindustryeventsandrepresentingActurisinaprofessionalandpositivemanner

  • ProvidingonsitesupportfornewActuriscustomers

  • Leadingnewandmanagingexistingcustomercontracts

  • Hostingprojectscopingsessionsandperiodicsteeringmeetingstounderstandclients’ongoingrequirements

  • Duetothenatureofthisposition,therewillbenationwidetraveltoclientsites.

Youwillbeaself-starterwhotakesinitiativeandleadsfromthefront,whoisreadygofromdayone.Aspartofateamfullofbrilliantandmotivatedpeople,you’llshareourpassionforinnovationandbeingaforwardthinker.

Wearelookingforthefollowingattributes:

  • 2years’experienceasanAccountManageror2+yearsofClientManagementexperiencewithintheInsuranceindustry.

  • A2:1oraboveatBachelor’s-levelinananalyticaldegreesubjectisdesirablebutnotessential.

  • First-rateproblem-solvingskills.

  • Logical,wellorganised,andpractical.

  • Confidentandeagertotakeonresponsibilityandtheabilitytolearnnewskillsquickly.

  • Theabilitytoworkwellaspartofateam,seamlesslycollaboratingwithothers.

  • Computerliterate(e.g Word,Outlook,Excel)andabletopickupnewconcepts

  • Customer-focusedwithanabilitytobuildprofessionalrelationships.

  • Strongcommunicationskillsareessential.

  • ExperiencewiththeActurisproduct(throughabrokerorwithaninsuranceproduct)wouldbehighlybeneficial.
