Ensure the delivery of high‑quality systems engineering through integration, verification, and validation processes. Create and maintain essential artefacts such as strategies, plans, procedures, compliance matrices, and reports. Lead the development of test equipment and fixtures, ensuring lifecycle requirements are met. Oversee safety and security aspects of testing environments and facilities. Support qualification activities, including in‑house and external testing. Actively contribute to improving processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and quality.

What You Will Bring

Strong knowledge of systems engineering and validation processes across hardware, software, and firmware. Experience in designing and delivering specialised test equipment. Familiarity with industry standards such as INCOSE and ISO 15288. Flexibility to travel within the UK for stakeholder and customer support. Eligibility to obtain and maintain DV security clearance.

Location: This role is based onsite in Maidenhead, with occasional travel required to support external stakeholders and test facilities.
