Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

About the role

As an Integration Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the formation of the new Carlsberg Britvic organisation.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and is ready to undertake a very visible finance role. You’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, confident in your analysis, and proactive in building relationships across the business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support value capture initiatives by identifying, calculating, and reporting business synergies across UK operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across markets, support functions, and group departments to ensure consistent financial alignment
  • Integrate synergy outcomes into local budgets and forecasts, ensuring adherence to cost-to-achieve targets
  • Lead financial aspects of Britvic HQ closure, including system transitions, team transfers, and clearing financial statements
  • Establish and embed intercompany processes into business-as-usual operations ahead of entity closure
  • Contribute to IMO projects by supporting legal entity and business reporting workstreams, and driving process improvements
  • Strengthen financial capability across the team through coaching, knowledge sharing, and role modelling company values
  • Provide flexible support to the Head of Integration and wider finance team as needed

Experience and Key Attributes

  • Strong analytical thinking—you’re confident working with numbers and can translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insight for non-finance colleagues.
  • A proactive, can-do mindset with the drive to make things happen and see things through.
  • The ability to build strong relationships, engage and influence across different teams and levels.
  • A natural problem-solver who’s comfortable with ambiguity and can find pragmatic solutions to complex challenges.
  • Experience in FMCG is a plus—whether from a manufacturer or retailer background.
