About the Role

At Lloyds Banking Group, we’re on a mission to build a more inclusive and sustainable future for our customers and communities. Our Markets Platform team plays a key role in delivering innovative solutions across the Group, and we’re looking for an Integrator to help us lead change at pace. You’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team that sits at the heart of both business and technology transformation, working across Labs, Platforms and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of complex initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to influence high-impact programmes and shape the way we deliver change. As an Integrator, you’ll coordinate dependencies across multiple teams, manage critical implementation events and help remove blockers to progress. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including Group Executive Functions and third parties, to ensure alignment and safe delivery of outcomes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex problems, we’d love to hear from you!

What you\'ll be doing

  • Develop and manage the integration sequence in collaboration with the Markets Cross Functional Team lead
  • Lead on FTE management and budgeting across the platform
  • Catalogue and manage dependencies between the lab and other teams
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure alignment and enable delivery
  • Identify and resolve blockers to progress, escalating where necessary
  • Manage complex and high-risk implementations involving multiple internal and external parties

Why Lloyds Banking Group

We’re on an exciting journey and there couldn’t be a better time to join us. The investments we’re making in our people, data, and technology are leading to innovative projects, fresh possibilities, and countless new ways for our people to work, learn, and thrive.

What you\'ll need

  • Strong experience in programme or project management within a complex change environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align across diverse teams
  • Proven ability to manage dependencies and coordinate across multiple workstreams
  • Experience in budgeting and resource planning
  • Ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving delivery at pace
