The Role
We’re seeking an experienced marketing professional to step in on an interim basis and lead high-profile campaigns for a major national property organisation in the healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in shaping how the organisation engages with stakeholders, raises awareness of its services, and drives forward its Responsible Business agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead external campaigns – plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns that showcase services, demonstrate value, and drive engagement.
- Responsible Business marketing – act as the marketing partner for corporate responsibility initiatives, covering sustainability, net zero, community engagement, and health & safety.
- Campaign delivery – create and oversee production of content such as blogs, videos, whitepapers, and events.
- Thought leadership – position the organisation as a leader on key sector issues and challenges.
- Measurement & reporting – define KPIs, track performance, and share results with senior stakeholders.
- Collaboration – work closely with internal teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging across all channels.
- Line management – manage and support one marketing executive.
- Strategic input – advise leaders on marketing approaches and juggle multiple projects effectively.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in a mid–senior role.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale campaigns (behaviour change, engagement, thought leadership).
- Confident advising senior leaders and shaping strategy.
- Strong communication skills (written, spoken, and visual).
- Skilled across multiple marketing channels: digital, print, social, and events.
- Experience in public sector, property, or corporate communications is desirable.
- Strong project and people management skills.
Why Join?
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by raising profile and driving engagement with both services and a Responsible Business agenda. You’ll be shaping campaigns that matter – from sustainability and net zero commitments to health and wellbeing across the healthcare estate.
