Job Description / Responsibilities

This interim position will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction work, including:

  • Drafting and advising on standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
  • Supporting dispute resolution processes including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation
  • Providing construction input to the firm's property and corporate teams
  • Engaging with clients across various sectors on project risk and contract management
  • Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives
  • You\'ll be given the autonomy to manage your own matters while working closely with experienced colleagues across the firm.

The Successful Applicant
