About the role

  • The interim Culture and Engagement Manager will be joining our People Experience (PEx) to focus on maintaining ongoing culture, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives that supports the PEx team in aligning the business and its people. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a supportive team, and have an impact in delivering work that impacts our employees across the group.

What you’ll be doing

Culture & Engagement Operations

  • Maintain delivery of ongoing culture and engagement activities in partnership with the Head of Talent, Culture & Engagement.

  • Support the continued implementation of the existing Culture & Engagement strategy, ensuring activities remain aligned to current business priorities.

Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate and manage existing employee engagement initiatives (e.g., employee surveys, pulse checks, wellbeing events).

  • Support the delivery and follow‑up of engagement surveys, ensuring results are shared and action plans are monitored.

  • Continue running key annual or periodic events and campaigns (e.g., International Women’s Day, International Men’s Day, Hack Day), ensuring consistency and smooth execution.

  • Liaise with the Internal Communications Manager to maintain ongoing engagement campaigns (e.g., TAG Talks, Show & Tells).

  • Support the operation of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and the Global Culture Champions Network, providing coordination and administrative support.

People Experience Support

  • Provide advice and support on day‑to‑day culture and engagement matters to managers and employees.

  • Collaborate with PEx and HR colleagues to ensure alignment with the broader HR and People Experience initiatives.

  • Ensure smooth handover back to the permanent Culture & Engagement Manager at the end of the contract.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Experience of designing and leading organisational culture/engagement initiatives with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Prior experience of engagement models/strategies as well as the execution and follow‑up of employee engagement pulse checks.

  • Experience operating at pace in an ever‑changing environment.

  • Experienced communicator and visual storyteller.

  • Experienced project manager.

  • Broad understanding of DEI duties and responsibilities.

  • Experience of shifting organisation culture or change management experience.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Strong influencing skills.

  • Strong business acumen.

A few nice to haves

  • Experience within a fast‑paced, fast‑growth Tech scale‑up environment.

  • Recognised project management or and Change management qualification.
