Overview

Our international PE backed, SaaS client require an Interim Deputy Financial Controller/ Interim Group Reporting Manager for 6 months. The role is remote-first, with accessibility to London required.

Responsibilities

• Assess gaps across controls, processes and reporting to then further implement greater rigour for compliancy and technical accounting
• Lead the transactional accounting team (AP/AR/payroll) – identifying areas for improvement, and championing the use of a new ERP for efficiency
• Oversee tax compliancy across multi-entities in various international jurisdictions
• Deliver statutory reporting and ensure technical compliancy

Candidate Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
• Experience in a SaaS based environment
• Demonstrable hands-on technical accounting knowledge within a PE backed environment
• Proven experience of supporting the adoption/migration onto a new ERP (NetSuite preferable)
• Experience in an international setting, with multi-entities to drive compliancy and reporting to technical reporting standards
