Job Description

• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with operational teams to ensure financial goals are met.
• Prepare and present budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies.
• Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:

• A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
• Ability to be in the office 2 days a week.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a temporary capacity and meet tight deadlines.
