I’m working with a PE backed, fast growth business that needs an Interim FP&A Manager to come on board and hit the ground running.

2 days on site in Canary Wharf, 3 days remote

This is a hands on role where you’ll be leading key parts of the budgeting cycle, supporting a cost centre restructure, and helping drive the migration to a new FP&A tool.

What You’ll Do

• Lead key aspects of the annual budgeting cycle across departments. Work with business leaders to align financial forecasts with company goals. Provide insights and recommendations for cost efficiency and growth.
• Support the transition to a new cost centre structure. Ensure smooth cross-functional implementation and accurate data mapping. Provide training and guidance as needed.
• Lead the move to a new FP&A system. Ensure alignment with budgeting processes and the new cost centre setup. Support data integration and train teams on tool usage.
• Build reports and dashboards to track performance. Analyse variances and trends, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across budgeting, system migration, and tool implementation. Communicate progress, risks, and updates to leadership.

What you'll need

• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Hands on experience implementing or migrating FP&A systems
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and macros.
• Strong analytical ability, effective communication, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
