We are partnered with a large-cap private equity fund–backed SaaS business operating at the forefront of digital transformation. With significant backing and a clear value creation plan, the business is entering a rapid growth phase across international markets.

We are seeking an exceptional FP&A Manager who has cut their teeth in a Blue-Chip PLC environment and brings the technical pedigree of a Big 4 accountancy qualification. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-growth PE-backed SaaS platform and play a pivotal role in driving financial insight, performance, and strategy.

The Role

The FP&A Manager will act as a strategic business partner, driving financial analysis, performance metrics, and scenario modelling to support key decision-making. Working closely with the CFO and private equity stakeholders, this role will be instrumental in shaping the growth trajectory of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the SaaS business.
  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis and board-level presentations.
  • Partner with senior leadership and private equity investors on strategic initiatives.
  • Build robust SaaS-focused KPI dashboards (ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, NRR).
  • Support M&A activity, including modelling and integration of acquisitions.
  • Develop scalable FP&A processes for a high-growth environment.

Candidate Profile

  • Industry Experience: Worked within a Blue-Chip PLC environment, ideally with exposure to complex, global structures.
  • Private Equity: Experience in or exposure to PE-backed SaaS businesses highly desirable.

Skillset: Strong financial modelling, commercial acumen, and board-level presentation skills.
