We are an AIM-listed marketing automation SaaS business with a global team of over 500 employees and annual revenues of approximately £80 million. Following the acquisition of a US-based business (£5m revenue, 20 employees) and ongoing growth of the existing business, we are entering a critical phase of financial integration and transformation.

About the Project

We are seeking a capable and delivery-focusedInterim Group Finance Transformation Leader (Contract)to deliver a key piece of financial integration and transformation work, following the recent acquisition of a US-based entity. This project will support the standardisation of financial processes, systems, and controls across the group.

This project is central to a successful transition into IFRS-compliant accounting, integration of tax and compliance workflows, and the establishment of sustainable, scalable finance processes across Dotdigital.

This is a contract position, structured around specific deliverables and assessed as outside IR35. While collaboration with teams based in London will be required, the contractor will determine how and where the services are delivered. Tom (our CFO) will be the key point of contact for the duration of the engagement, and the contractor will operate with full autonomy, using their own tools, methodologies, and expertise.
