Responsibilities
- Develop and implement architectural strategies aligned with organisational goals, particularly in relation to data migration (Azure).
- Drive a comprehensive rationalisation of existing Applications estate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements.
- Oversee the design and integration of scalable, efficient systems and frameworks.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the architecture team, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance operational performance.
- Monitor the effectiveness of current architectural solutions and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on architectural projects and progress.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in leading architectural projects within a complex, global, technology-driven environment, at "Chief Architect" level.
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of industry compliance standards and regulations.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
