Interim HRBP - Restructuring Lead (6 months)

Start: Immediate
Location: Hybrid - remote with occasional travel to two sites in the West Midlands
Fixed term contract salary: up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)

Context

  • Supporting a post-merger integration project across two organisations
  • Focused on aligning teams, structures, and terms & conditions
  • Working within a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment

Role

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders and line managers to design new team structures
  • Evaluating roles and responsibilities across functions
  • Leading or supporting formal consultation processes
  • High degree of autonomy and influence

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in complex restructuring and organisational design
  • CIPD qualified
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping solutions from scratch
  • Strong consultation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to work remotely with occasional on-site presence across two sites in the West Midlands
