Interim HRBP - Restructuring Lead (6 months)
Start: Immediate
Location: Hybrid - remote with occasional travel to two sites in the West Midlands
Fixed term contract salary: up to £60,000 per annum (DOE)
Context
- Supporting a post-merger integration project across two organisations
- Focused on aligning teams, structures, and terms & conditions
- Working within a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment
Role
- Partnering with senior stakeholders and line managers to design new team structures
- Evaluating roles and responsibilities across functions
- Leading or supporting formal consultation processes
- High degree of autonomy and influence
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in complex restructuring and organisational design
- CIPD qualified
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping solutions from scratch
- Strong consultation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to work remotely with occasional on-site presence across two sites in the West Midlands
