Interim Human Resources Business Partner

This role is a 6 month fixed‑term contract based in Derby – hybrid working. You will be working with a highly acquisitive organisation to support the senior leadership team during a period of transition and growth. The position is operational and hands‑on, delivering on the UK people agenda, ER cases, performance & talent management, change management & integration, and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end‑to‑end generalist HR support to the UK workforce
  • Partner with the UK HR Director to adapt the group HR strategy and deliver into the UK operation
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on people‑related matters
  • Deliver on change management activity, including restructure, integration, culture and TUPE
  • Advise on complex employee relations cases
  • Upskill stakeholders on HR best practice
  • Lead on the performance and talent management cycle, ensuring quality conversations
