Position

Interim Principal Estates Surveyor (Disposals)

• £50-£55 per hour (Inside IR35)
• Hybrid: approx. one day per week on-site
• Initial 3-month contract, strong likelihood of extension
• Lead the in-house disposals programme (c.100 land and property assets) over the coming years

About you

• Proven disposals experience
• MRICS preferred (not essential)
• Local authority background preferred (not essential)
