Location: Remote (occasional travel to Alton, UK)

Contract: 3 months | Start: Immediate | Day rate: Outside IR35

Yes Yes Yes is entering an exciting new chapter. Following a recent acquisition and business wide transformation, we’re searching for a hands on, sharp minded Interim Supply Chain Specialist to jump into the thick of it and bring clarity to the chaos.

This is no ordinary interim post. You’ll take the reins of supply chain operations during a time of intense change ,rolling up your sleeves, fixing fires, and creating structure where needed most. It's a role for a doer, not a delegator. Someone who thrives in ambiguity, spots problems before they emerge, and brings rigour to the most fragile systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• BAU Planning & Purchasing

• Review and validate demand plans with a critical eye

• Raise and chase POs across raw materials, components, and finished goods

• Own the order book: flag mismatches, fix anomalies, avoid errors

• Keep stock levels healthy: no overstocking, no stockouts

Tools & Process Ownership

• Refine and structure existing tools for better analytics and reporting

• Build routines around planning: connect sales, inventory, and supply in a smooth rhythm

Transition Leadership

• Support the shift from free-issued manufacturing to a full service model

• Feed into a new inventory system rollout as a subject-matter expert

• Help shape the raw material/component handover process with suppliers and stakeholders

Cross Functional Coordination

• Partner directly with 3PLs and full service manufacturing (UK live; EU/US coming soon)

• Be the bridge between ops, tech, and commercial teams

• Collaborate closely with the Technical Production Manager and other contractors

Who You Are

Independent Operator

• Self starter who can extract a handover from thin air

• Proactive communicator who picks up the phone and moves things forward

• Comfortable executing without perfect inputs

Data Fluent & Analytical

• Strong Excel skills

• Builds auditable, functional planning tools with confidence

• Challenges assumptions using data, not gut feel

Experienced in Manufacturing & Inventory

• Understands component-based manufacturing, kitting, long lead times

• Familiar with 3PL dynamics and outsourced production

• Thrives when systems are shaky and pressure is high
