Job Description
- Assist in developing and implementing the talent strategy
- Support the design and implementation of talent processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Help manage development forums to support employee growth and development.
- Implement a consistent approach to identifying leadership potential and work with HR and BU leaders to manage high-potential employees, focusing on retention strategies.
- Ensure talent processes align with the company's culture.
The Successful Applicant
- Individual who has specialised with Talent management and who is able to come in an hit the ground running.
- Prior experience in workforce planning, succession planning, and career development
- Experience managing development forums, identifying and managing high-potential employees, and ensuring alignment with the company's culture and leadership development initiatives.
- Immediately available.
What's on Offer
- Day rate for 6 months and then the possibility of becoming a permanent headcount
- Immediate start and a short interview process
- Hybrid (2/3 days in the office in central London)
