About This Opportunity
Do you have a passion for data led decision making and crafting deep insights? If so, then you can play a lead role supporting the Scottish Widows Intermediary Wealth Distribution teams to deliver for our customers and colleagues.
Our team sits at the heart of the Accumulation Platform which is part of Insurance, Pension and Investments (IP&I) at Lloyds Banking Group.
You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of teams and colleagues; from our engineering labs designing the digital experiences for our Intermediary Advisers, to our front-line sales teams working with advisers to win new business and retain existing clients.

Your accountabilities will include:
Fast and accurately deliver weekly reporting that provides the senior leadership team with visibility on the performance of the business.
Supporting on preparing specific pieces of insight that drive strategic decision making.
Extracting Intermediary Wealth data from our Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) customer-relationship-management system and analyse this within Microsoft Power BI or Excel.
Support the analysis of how we're performing with growing our business from our already supporting advisers, including which products they are most interested in.
Support the build of insight on any parts of our existing book that are at risk of moving to another adviser or wealth provider and provide practical information on the reasons for these risks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What we need from you?
Proficient user of the Microsoft data suite including Excel and Power BI, or similar data manipulation and visualisation tools
Strong capability in illustrating insight with PowerBI visuals supported by DAX formulae or similar data visualisation and logic based programming
Experience of developing senior management level presentations with Microsoft Office applications e.g. PowerPoint
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build relationships across a number of teams.
Capability to address and resolve challenges with high energy and at pace.
And any experience of these would be really useful:
Knowledge of the Intermediary Wealth Industry, including products, competitors, key intermediary types and an understanding of the regulations
