This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated QS to gain exposure to large-scale infrastructure and civil engineering schemes, while developing their technical and commercial expertise in a supportive consultancy environment.The RoleAs an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in:Delivering pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying servicesSupporting the commercial management of civil, infrastructure, and utility projectsPreparing cost plans, procurement strategies, and risk assessmentsAssisting with contract administration and reportingAttending client meetings and supporting client relationshipsWorking collaboratively as part of a growing project teamThe CandidateThe ideal candidate will bring:A degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplineConsultancy/PQS-side experience (essential)Exposure to infrastructure, utilities, or water projects (desirable)Strong commercial awareness and communication skillsMRICS status, or currently working towards chartership (full support provided)Ambition to progress within a growing, collaborative businessNEC contract experience (essential)Why Join?Secure workload across long-term frameworksClear progression opportunities to Senior QS and beyondMarket-leading reputation in civil infrastructure consultingExcellent company culture with mentorship and trainingHybrid working and flexible arrangements availableInterested?
