The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Role

The incoming Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will join a firm that specialises in the delivery of exceptional High-End Residential projects that redefine luxury. This is your opportunity to take on greater responsibility and work on projects that make a statement.

This role is perfect for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor eager to broaden their skills and drive projects forward. From stunning renovations to bespoke new builds, you’ll work on projects ranging from £0.5M to £10M across London and the South East. With a dynamic team behind you, you’ll refine your craft and progress quickly in a supportive, ambitious environment.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

You will ideally have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Basic Pre & Post Contract experience
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy firm
• A valid UK driving license
• High-End Residential project experience is highly desirable but not crucial
• Local to Surrey area ideally

• £40,000 – £50,000
