Affinity Water has a fantastic opportunity to join our Investment Strategy department as a Investment Optimisation Lead.

The Role:

As a Investment Optimisation Lead you will help support the development of our business and delivery plansin line with regulatory expectations, business objectives and asset management best practice.

This role will own the development of our portfolio investment prioritisation tool (Copperleaf) and approach.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the development of Affinity Water’s use Copperleaf for data driven strategies to foster proactive, value-based investment portfolio optimisation.

• Analysing data and identify effective ways to allocate and optimise Capex/Opex expenditure within the Delivery Plan considering regulatory commitments and expectations.

• Supporting upskilling of team members on Copperleaf.

• Managing the embedded and ongoing engagement across the investment portfolio by working with the business case leads and other key stakeholders.

• Maintaining up to date data of our delivery plan within Copperleaf as current for compliance with Ofwat reporting.

What you'll need:

• Strong Analytical, numerical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities independently.
• Strong written & verbal communication, including report writing.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Packages.
