In this role, you'll connect motivated investors to premium property opportunities, deliver expert guidance, and close high-value deals with confidence. You'll also work closely with the Marketing Manager and the Sales Progression team to ensure you have what you need to deliver results.
Previous experience in off-plan sales is ideal, and if you've sold UK property to overseas buyers—even better.
The Package
- Basic salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE)
- OTE: £80,000+ in commission, with many consultants earning over £120,000 per annum
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
- Hybrid working options can be offered, with up to 2 days per week working remotely upon successful completion of 3-month probation
- Regular ongoing salary reviews
- Working hours: Monday 10:00 - 18:00, Tuesday–Wednesday 9:00 - 18:00, Thursday 10:00 - 19:00, Friday 09:00 - 16:30 (37.5 hours per week)
- Free parking in Manchester City centre
