Harte Recruitment is a property and construction recruitment specialist. This role involves connecting motivated investors to premium property opportunities, delivering expert guidance, and closing high-value deals. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the Sales Progression team to ensure you have what you need to deliver results. Previous experience in off plan sales is ideal, and if you’ve sold UK property to overseas buyers—even better.

Responsibilities

• Connect motivated investors to premium property opportunities and close high-value deals with confidence.
• Provide expert guidance to investors on off-plan stock in Northern England’s fastest-growing cities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Sales Progression team to enable successful outcomes.
• Utilize provided quality warm leads to drive sales performance.

Package

• Basic salary £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE)
• Realistic and proven OTE of £80,000+ in commission, with many consultants earning over £120,000 per annum
• 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
• Hybrid working options available: up to 2 days per week remote after successful 3-month probation
• Regular ongoing salary reviews
• Working hours: Monday 10:00-18:00, Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00-18:00, Thursday 10:00-19:00, Friday 09:00-16:30 (37.5 hours per week)
• Free parking in Manchester City centre

Requirements

• Previous experience in off-plan property sales is ideal.
• Experience selling UK property to overseas buyers is a plus.
