Issuer Services – Transaction Execution: Structured Finance Analytics, Vice President. This role focuses on cash flow models to support ABS/MBS transactions. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of corporate trust, legal documentation, and an understanding of database schema, data interrogation, and reporting. The role reports to the Client Analytics Manager.

What you’ll do

  • Manipulate and understand loan level data to produce collateral reporting.
  • Produce reports from back-end database tables using SQL Server 2012 Management Studio.
  • Maintain models supporting Structured Finance transactions.
  • Manage ABS/MBS client transactions through review and structuring of relevant documentation from a cash manager perspective.
  • Liaise with Servicers, Lawyers, and Arrangers to ensure all reporting requirements are understood.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Manage process risk.
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors to support the ABS Suite platform.
  • Produce BRD for system upgrades.
  • Liaise with IT for platform upgrades and system outage troubleshooting.

What we’ll need from you

  • Self-motivated, with a high level of energy.
  • Desire to learn and ability to work both independently and within groups.
  • Ability to gather, manage, interrogate, and interpret large amounts of industry and client data, including the ability to create presentation-ready charts and tables.
  • Analytic mindset able to use industry and client data to demonstrate trends.
  • Broad understanding of investment strategies including alternative investment strategies, trading techniques and client segments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Analytically focused, self-directed and able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.
