We are looking for a driven Italian Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global marketplace company based remote in the UK.

• Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, aligned to Italian working hours
• 1-2 days per week in the Manchester Office
• Temporary ongoing role

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across Italy to understand hiring needs.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle: attraction, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Create candidate shortlists and manage feedback throughout the process.
• Maintain strong communication with both stakeholders and candidates.
• Support an international, fast‑paced recruitment environment.
• Handle a live portfolio of around 20 requisitions, often covering multiple vacancies per role.
