Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT/OT Integration Architect with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and securing converged IT and OT environments. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive integration projects across complex industrial ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT/OT integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity between IT applications and operational technology systems.
  • Design and implement robust data flows to enable analytics, reporting, and informed decision-making.
  • Partner with cyber security teams to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Assess, mitigate, and continuously monitor cyber security risks within IT/OT convergence.
  • Develop and review OT network architectures, including industrial control systems (ICS).
  • Implement and manage network segmentation, firewalls, switches, and routing within OT environments.
  • Prepare detailed Low-Level Designs (LLD) and Bill of Materials (BOM) documentation.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in IT architecture, OT systems, or related domains.
  • Proven expertise in IT/OT integration across industrial systems and networks.
  • Strong understanding of ICS, OT network protocols, and industrial communication standards (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP).
  • Hands-on experience in cybersecurity within OT environments, including risk assessments.
  • Practical knowledge of network design, segmentation, and security controls.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Industry certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CCNP, or ISA/IEC 62443.
  • Experience integrating OT with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure IoT, AWS Greengrass).
  • Familiarity with digital twin and smart manufacturing technologies.
  • Exposure to SCADA, DCS, and PLC systems.
  • Previous experience conducting plant surveys and site assessments.
