Location: UK, London / Midlands / Manchester (Remote).Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and scale Payment Solutions within the Public Sector.Create propositions to drive acquisition, retention, and growth.Monitor market needs and deliver competitive offerings.Manage pipeline, forecasting, and territory performance.Support sales teams with client reviews, proposals, and coaching.Collaborate on new solutions, collateral, and commercial models.Expand client relationships post-deal to grow the Payment Solutions portfolio.Person SpecificationMinimum 3 years’ experience in Asset Finance, Leasing, Financial Services, or Technology Finance.Background in financing, sales, or business development (Public Sector experience an advantage but not essential).Strong consultative selling, product, and marketing expertise.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (Board, Legal, Operations, Finance, Sales).Results-driven, client-focused, with strong relationship-building ability.Relevant UK market experience is essential.We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
