We are a Managed Cyber Security Provider, and we are seeking a JIRA service management expert to help configure JIRA Service Management (Cloud) with appropriate integrations (Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender), forms, runbooks, customer portal, etc. for raising/managing customer incidents.

We have the detailed runbooks and form requirements, then just need setting up within JIRA.
