An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the HR Team as a Job Analyst, supporting delivery of job evaluation and analysis across the Trust to ensure equity and compliance.

Ofsted has rated us ‘Good’ following a 2023 inspection, with highlights including staff leadership, partnership working, safeguarding and corporate parenting.

This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham, so you must reside within a suitable commutable distance around Birmingham and have the right to work in the UK. We do not sponsor work visas.

If you can demonstrate excellent communication skills, work within a diverse organisation and support large-scale transformation programmes, we would love to hear from you.

We offer a generous holiday entitlement and an attractive benefits package.

For informal enquiries please contact Olivia.Larcombe@birminghamchildrenstrust.co.uk

Applications close at 23:59 on Sunday 19th October 2025, or earlier if a high volume of applications are received.

Interviews will be held Friday 24th October 2025 in-person.

Safeguarding

At Birmingham Children’s Trust, we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Depending on the role, you may be asked to undergo the appropriate level of DBS checks. The level of check (Standard, Enhanced, or Enhanced with Barred List) is determined by the responsibilities of the role and level of contact with children and young people.

We are committed to the fair treatment of all applicants, including those with criminal records. Having a criminal record will not necessarily bar an individual from working with us; this depends on the nature of the position and the circumstances of the offence.

Our values

We approach our work with care and compassion, actively listening to the needs of the children and young people we serve. We involve them in decisions that affect their lives, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. We work to use resources wisely and foster collaboration among schools, health professionals and the police to create a supportive network for our young people. We believe that working as one team helps Birmingham’s children thrive.
