HTC Architects are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect/ Senior Job Running Technologist to join its growing team in Leeds.

Your Role:

As a Job Runner, you will play a vital role in assisting the senior management team in taking projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with team leaders and other team members to develop the clients brief through the RIBA work stages, leading the planning and tender process and delivering projects on site.
  • Delivering planning, detailed tender drawings, Construction packs.
  • Attending Design team and client facing meetings.
  • Attending site meetings and liaising with contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with building regulations and sustainability standards.
  • Using the latest technology to create innovative and efficient designs.
  • Contributing to the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.

We are Looking For:

  • A qualified Architect/Senior Technologist with at least 5-10 years of experience in the field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skill with the ability to work as a team and inspire and motivate junior team members.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software with capability to transition to Vectorworks, and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong design and technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the planning process and current building regulations and construction methods.
  • A passion for sustainable design and a commitment to creating environmentally responsible buildings.
