About the Role

The Joint Business Coordination Analyst will play a key role in delivering the commercial performance of the Joint Business. Acting as the key interface for other partners to feed into, this role will ensure decisions are being taken to deliver an optimal revenue outcome for the Joint Business. Working with internal IAG and partner carriers, this role will be responsible for process design and delivery for revenue management activity across the Joint Business, delivering insight into performance and key reporting for internal and partner use.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with partner airlines to design and deliver processes across the Joint Business, continually reviewing and adjusting to ensure effectiveness.
  • Coordinate cross‑carrier commercial decision‑making for opportunities requiring multi‑carrier input, focusing on committed capacity and RFPs/RFQs.
  • Set up and support the cadence of performance meetings, both internally for IAG and across the Joint Business.
  • Ensure all Joint Business documentation is completed, maintained and available to colleagues.
  • Lead training for Revenue Management colleagues on Joint Business processes and practices, and other functions such as Sales.
  • Support management of Joint Business contracts, delivering high utilisation and correct billing.
  • Monitor commercial performance of the Joint Business and provide required reporting.
  • Complete ad‑hoc analysis related to the Joint Business.

To Apply, Candidates Must

  • Muster a 2:1 degree or above (or equivalent) in a numeric subject within the last ten years from any degree discipline.
  • Experience in an analytical/planning role is a bonus.
  • Have the right to live and work full‑time in the UK indefinitely.
