Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior/mid-level Banking & Finance lawyer to join this firm's growing industry-leading transactional Banking team. This team acts for a wide range of funders and corporates, as well as lenders and borrowers. The client is flexible in terms of location and is open to the role operating from their offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a wide variety of banking transactions for funders, corporates, lenders and borrowers as part of the transactional Banking team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ PQE in general banking work.
• Qualified in Scots law and/or English law will be considered.
