The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting, analysing and providing data to our stakeholders across the UK businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial headcount reports for the management accountants,
• Generating and preparing the various Workday reports, requisitions and subsequently updating the HR reporting master document,
• Assisting HR with any subsequent queries,
• Assisting with any queries relating to HR data and if necessary, manipulating the data to meet the business needs,
• Assisting with the completion of ONS business surveys,
• Preparing the variable pay files for reporting,
• Preparation of the variable pay slides for reporting to the executive management team,
• Dealing with queries relating to variable pay,
• Prepare the master annual leave file,
• Delivering all the ad-hoc assignments as they arise.

Requirements:

• Experience in preparing reports and analysis of large volumes of data,
• Excellent spreadsheet and analytical skills,
• Good organisational skills and able to manage workload effectively to meet deadlines in a timely manner,
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal,
• Excellent attention to detail
