The Role As the first part of the journey in our production line, this role is crucial to Eurolend’s strategic goals and ambitions. As a Credit Eligibility Analyst, you will be using YouLend guidelines to quality‑check and prepare applications before they are underwritten by our Credit Decision team. You will contribute ideas to improve the ongoing process, validate the accuracy and completeness of information received for each deal, and liaise with the Credit Decisions and Sales teams to ensure the success of every deal. Responsibilities
Prepare deals to ensure a seamless decision‑making process for the Credit Decision team Resolve discrepancies by collaborating with the Sales and Credit Decision teams Maintain excellent attention to detail and confidently work with numbers and data Meet targets, SLAs, and contribute to the team KPIs Develop and conduct team training sessions where applicable Demonstrate strong communication skills and understanding of CRM systems Be fluent in German
