Junior Dynamics 365 CE Developer

Southampton - Hybrid (1-2 days a week).

Pay range: Starting Salary up to £40k dependent on experience. Base pay range is determined by skills and experience; discuss with recruiter.

We are working with a forward-thinking Dynamics 365 CRM end user who is seeking a Junior Dynamics Developer to play a key role in developing and enhancing the organisation’s D365 CE system utilising Power Platform tools!

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Build and maintain tools using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline workflows and data capture.
• Support the creation of automated processes that improve data quality and reduce manual tasks.
• Collaborate with users to understand business needs and translate them into functional system improvements.
• Help design and maintain dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Support teams in using data and CRM tools effectively, providing guidance and informal training where needed.
• Identify and resolve user issues, prioritising improvements that enhance usability and efficiency.
• Contribute to fostering a culture of insight, learning, and continuous improvement.

Skills

• Experience customising Dynamics 365 CE to meet organisational needs.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform, in particular Power Apps.
• Awareness of Data Protection and GDPR principles.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non‑technical users.
