The Opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Digital Store Ecommerce Trader, on a 12-month Maternity Cover. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Trader, you will implement actions to support the sales plan across all digital platforms. This includes running and reviewing reports, managing web real estate, and participating in campaign planning.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with ecommerce category traders to communicate and implement digital campaign plans.
• Update ecommerce category pages to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.
• Analyze category sales and content strategy with support from the ecommerce category manager.
• Maintain web script space, identify opportunities, and coordinate with category traders.
• Support the finalization of on-site real estate plans to enhance customer discovery, journey, and sales.
• Develop an understanding of customer buying behavior to optimize real estate placement.
• Assist in product placement on-site to improve customer experience and drive sales.

What You Bring

• Commercial acumen with the ability to make decisions based on sales trends across a broad product range.
• Proven ability to deliver growth on KPIs.
• Awareness of competitor activity and digital market trends.
• Experience in ecommerce forecasting.
• Knowledge of process improvement and making strategic recommendations.
• Excellent numerical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex functions).
• Financial understanding of margins, profit, sales, and inventory management.
