Job title: Junior E-Learning Developer, Instructional Designer, Courseware Content Developer, or a combination of these roles.

Location: Central London office (a very nice one…) BUT the company offers a flexible working policy, with the majority of your time spent working from home. There is an expectation to be in the office 1 to 2 days per month for team days, so willingness to do this is required.

Salary: Up to £35K + 6% bonus + full benefits package (25 days holiday, private pension scheme, private health insurance, etc.)

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Developing eLearning training courses and instructor-led training courses
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training and course outcomes
• Designing and building new course materials for software product releases and updates
• Developing quality training documentation such as handouts, manuals, and exercises
• Learning and mastering your area to advance your career

Relevant experience can include:

• Any level of experience in IT training, eLearning, instructor-led training facilitation, or related areas
• Experience in designing, building, and implementing eLearning and instructor-led training programs and courseware
• Experience with training tools like Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, and LMS systems such as Litmos, Moodle, Adobe, etc.
