About the Role

We’re seeking a Junior Experience Designer to support the delivery of thoughtful, end‑to‑end design solutions across multiple squads and products. You’ll work on a mix of tactical briefs and complex design challenges — helping to shape product and service experiences that create real value for users and support business goals.

As a full‑stack designer, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across UX, UI, content, research, and service design — contributing to innovative, user‑centred solutions and helping to raise the overall quality of design across the organisation.

You’ll follow best practices, support design governance, and actively contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture. This is a great opportunity to grow your design career, learn from experienced mentors, and be part of a high‑performing and supportive design community.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the creation of wireframes, UI mockups, and content edits
  • Contributing to user testing prep, note‑taking, and analysis
  • Applying design systems under guidance and documenting design decisions
  • Helping ensure accessibility, consistency, and compliance standards are met
  • Participating in critiques, agile ceremonies, and cross‑functional workshops
  • Maintaining design standards and best practices, and continuously developing design knowledge
  • Actively contributing to team ceremonies and shaping the team culture

About you

  • Internships, bootcamps, junior roles, or portfolio projects experience – with a solid portfolio of relevant design work
  • Basic understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and content writing
  • Strong visual attention to detail, communication, and eagerness to learn
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and growth‑oriented
  • Understanding of end‑to‑end design and design systems
  • Familiar with core design tools (Figma, Adobe, white‑boarding tools)
  • Degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design or related field
  • Comfortable working in agile squads and handling constructive feedback

The interview process for this role will include two stages with a task.
