Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm, are seeking a Junior Legal PA to join their team in the City of London.

The Opportunity

The successful Junior Legal PA will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within multiple teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring client files are maintained and kept up to date
• Supporting fee earners with billing and time recording
• Creating and maintaining client records
• Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
• Organising file reviews
• Booking and arranging training courses
• Greeting visitors to the office and setting up meeting rooms
• Managing travel arrangements

This Junior Legal PA position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm.

Requirements

• Previous admin experience within a law firm (desirable)
• CILEX qualification (desirable)
